FOR THE 23RD INTERNATIONAL KNIFE EXHIBITION AND FAIR!
For 23 years, this exhibition has been dedicated exclusively to individual knife makers who work using traditional craftsmanship methods. Each exhibitor may only display and sell products they have made themselves.
This year’s Knife Exhibition and Fair will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at a new, impressive venue:
the ELTE University Conference Center (ELTE Lágymányosi Campus, GÖMB Auditorium – 1117 Budapest, Pázmány Péter St. 1/C)
We warmly welcome makers of hunting knives, EDC knives, kitchen knives, collector’s items, traditional pocket knives, modern pocket knives, scissors, axes, hatchets, daggers, swords, and knife making materials.
DISCOUNTED EXHIBITOR FEE
Register and pay the fee by June 2, 2026, and
you can participate in the exhibition with a 20,000-HUF discount!
EXHIBITION INFORMATION
DATE: Saturday, October 17, 2026, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. (The exhibition will be a one-day event again this year!)
LOCATION: ELTE Lágymányosi Campus (1117 Budapest, Pázmány Péter sétány 1/A) On the Buda side of the Danube, between the Petőfi Bridge and the Rákóczi Bridge, next to Infopark.
TICKET(for visitors): 1,500 HUF per person; free for those under 16.
Important Information Regarding Registration
Early-bird registration is available until June 2, 2026; in this case, the participation fee is: 1 table – 55,000 HUF,
2 tables – 90,000 HUF
Full-price registration from June 3 to August 27, 2026; in this case, the participation fee is: 1 table – 75,000 HUF,
2 tables – 110,000 HUF
FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 27, 2026.
We cannot accept applications after this date! We recommend applying as soon as possible, as spots may fill up before the deadline.
Registration Process
1. We only accept registrations at the following email address: pyrus@pyraster.hu
Please include the following with your registration email:
- Exhibitor’s name – brand name
- Number of tables requested
- Billing information: name/company name, address, tax ID number
2. After receiving your application, we will issue an invoice; the participation fee must be paid via bank transfer.
Your application will only become valid upon receipt of the payment!
We will always send an email confirmation of your valid application!
If this is your first time applying to be an exhibitor, please contact us (pyrus@pyraster.hu) and send photos of your work, or provide a link to your website, Facebook page, etc., where we can view them.
This is only required for first-time applicants.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE EXHIBITION?
This exhibition is specifically for individual knife makers who work using traditional craftsmanship methods. Each exhibitor may only display and sell products they have made themselves. Factories, their representatives, and dealers are still not permitted to participate as exhibitors. Knife making/raw material suppliers are an exception.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The exhibition space/auditorium covers 800 m², and the gallery on the upper level of the auditorium covers 400 m². If the auditorium space fills up during the application period, later applicants will be assigned space in the gallery.
Only one exhibitor may occupy a table; sharing a table with another exhibitor is not permitted.
Tables may be occupied and set up starting at 8:30 a.m.; earlier access is not permitted.
Each table comes with 2 chairs. Table dimensions: 160 x 80 cm
Each exhibitor receives 3 exhibitor passes/wristbands.
Parking in front of the building is free all day (approx. 300 spaces).
Wi-Fi access is generally available during the exhibition.
